- 1 Egg made up to 425ml with Water, mixed
- 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
- 400g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour
- 1 tbsp Jumbo Oats
- 1 tbsp Wheat Flakes
- 1 tbsp Barley Flakes
- 1 tbsp Rye Flakes
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tsp Skimmed Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Method
1. Follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
