Harvest Wholemeal Loaf

Ingredients:

• 1 Egg made up to 425ml with Water, mixed
• 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
• 400g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour
• 1 tbsp Jumbo Oats
• 1 tbsp Wheat Flakes
• 1 tbsp Barley Flakes
• 1 tbsp Rye Flakes
• 1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
• 1½ tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 3 tsp Skimmed Milk Powder
• 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil

Method

1. Follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust
