Carrs Breadmaker flours are ideal for baking bread at home

Ingredients

  • 305ml milk
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp salt
  • 170g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 500g Carrs Breadmaker Strong White Flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1¼ tsp fast action dried yeast
  • 60g olives, sliced

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the pan except the olives by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
  2. Place the olives into the nut/raisin dispenser (if available) and set your machine to the basic/normal raisin setting, medium crust.
  3. If you do not have a nut/raisin dispenser when the machine indicates (with a beeping sound), add the olives and close the lid.
