Sundried Tomato, Cheese and Coriander Bread

Ingredients:

• ¾ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
• 200g Strong White Flour
• 200g Carrs Breadmaker Strong Brown Flour (formerly known as Coarse Brown Flour)
• 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
• 150ml Water
• 150ml Semi Skimmed Milk
• 60g Parmesan Cheese
• 60g Strong Cheddar Cheese
• 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
• 60g Sundried Tomato and Garlic Purée

Method

1. Place all ingredients into the pan by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
