Ingredients:
¾ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast- 200g Strong White Flour
- 200g Carrs Breadmaker Strong Brown Flour
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 150ml Water
- 150ml Semi Skimmed Milk
- 60g Parmesan Cheese
- 60g Strong Cheddar Cheese
- 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Coriander
- 60g Sundried Tomato and Garlic Purée
Method
- Place all ingredients into the pan by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
- Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
