  • Parmesan Cheese and Chorizo with Red Peppercorns and Olive Oil1 tsp Fast Action Easy Bake Yeast
  • 250g Strong White Flour
  • 250g Wholemeal Flour
  • 1½ tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Milk Powder
  • 1¼ tsp Salt
  • 28g Butter
  • 4 tbsp Quince Conserve
  • 2 tbsp Salad Sprinkle (sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, pine kernels)
  • 20ml Unsweetened Soya Milk
  • 240 ml Water

1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients, and set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
