Orange Bran Bread

- 6 tbsp Water
- 175ml Milk
- 1½ tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 1½ tsp Orange Zest, grated
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 55g Bran Cereal
- 190g Wholemeal Flour
- 200g Strong White Flour
- 2¼ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
- 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
Method
1. Place all ingredients into the pan except the sunflower seeds
by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the
order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Place the seeds into the nut/raisin dispenser (if available) and set your machine to the basic/normal raisin setting, medium crust.
3. If you do not have a nut/raisin dispenser when the machine indicates (with a beeping sound), add the sunflower seeds and close the lid.
