  • 6 tbsp Water
  • 175ml Milk
  • 1½ tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1½ tsp Orange Zest, grated
  • 1½ tsp Salt
  • 55g Bran Cereal
  • 190g Wholemeal Flour
  • 200g Strong White Flour
  • 2¼ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower Seeds

Method

Orange Bran bread1. Place all ingredients into the pan except the sunflower seeds by following your manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.

2. Place the seeds into the nut/raisin dispenser (if available) and set your machine to the basic/normal raisin setting, medium crust.

3. If you do not have a nut/raisin dispenser when the machine indicates (with a beeping sound), add the sunflower seeds and close the lid.
