Multi Seed Loaf
A former loaf of the Month (March 2007)!

- 320ml water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons sunflower oil
- 200g Carrs Breadmaker strong wholemeal flour
- 200g Carrs Breadmaker strong white flour
- 30g rolled oats
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons linseeds
- ½ teaspoon anise seed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ teaspoons fast action dried yeast
Method
1. Place all ingredients into bread pan in order given.
2. Select wholewheat cycle, large loaf, medium colour.
3. Cool on wire rack.
Sit back and enjoy!
This bread is great just spread generously with butter but try it with peanut butter for a change. Just what you need for a day out in the garden or field planting new seeds and bulbs!
