Multi Seed Loaf - a former Loaf of the Month (March 2007)

Ingredients:
- 320ml water
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 teaspoons sunflower oil
- 200g Carrs Breadmaker strong wholemeal flour
- 200g Carrs Breadmaker strong white flour
- 30g rolled oats
- 30g sunflower seeds
- 30g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons linseeds
- ½ teaspoon anise seed
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1¼ teaspoons fast action dried yeast
Method
- Place all ingredients into bread pan in order given.
- Select wholewheat cycle, large loaf, medium colour.
- Cool on wire rack.
