Mincemeat Teabread

Ingredients:

• 1 Egg
• 230ml Water
• 1 tbsp Skimmed Milk Powder
• 350g White Bread Flour
• 100g Wholemeal Bread Flour
• 30g Butter (Softened)
• 150g Mincemeat
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast

Method: Bread Machine

1. Ingredients placed in the bread machine pan in the order as above. [Following the manufacturer's instructions regarding the order of liquid / dry ingredients.]
2. Machine set to basic / normal setting, light crust.
