Carrs Breadmaker flours are ideal for baking bread at home

Flax Bread - a former Loaf of the Month (March 2010)

Ingredients:

  • Flax Bread340ml Water
  • 440g Carrs Breadmaker Strong Brown Flour
  • 50g Oats
  • 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Flax Oil
  • 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast

Directions: Bread Machine

  1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
  2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, large loaf, medium crust.

Sit back and enjoy!
