Blue Cheese and Walnut Loaf

Ingredients:

• 350ml Water
• 250g Carrs Breadmaker Strong White
• 250g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal
• 25g Butter
• 2 tsp Sugar
• 1 tbsp Skimmed Milk Powder
• 1½ tsp Salt
• 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
• 100g Walnuts, chopped
• 175g Strong Blue Cheese, crumbled

Method: Bread Machine

1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, large loaf, medium crust.
