Ingredients

• 1½ tsp Fast Action Easy Bake Yeast

• 500g Strong White Flour
• 1½ tsp Salt
• 25g Butter
• 2 tbsp Milk Powder
• 2 tbsp Sugar
• ¼ tsp Turmeric
• 1½ tbsp Curry Paste
• 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds and, lightly crushed
• 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds, lightly crushed
• 8 Cardamom Pods, shelled and lightly crushed
• 1 Red & 1 Green Chilli, finely chopped
• 350ml Water

Method

1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients, and set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
