500g Carrs Breadmaker Strong White Flour

325ml water
-
1½ tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
Method
1. Follow the manufacturers' instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients.
2. Set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
