  • Basic White Loaf1 teaspoon easy fast acting yeast
  • 500gms Carrs Strong White Breadmaker flour
  • 1.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 25gms butter
  • 320mls water

1. Place all the ingredients in the bread pan as listed.

2. Programme: basic – medium crust
