Basic White Loaf

Ingredients

1 teaspoon easy fast acting yeast
500gms Carrs Strong White Breadmaker flour
1.5 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
25gms butter
320mls water

Method

Place all the ingredients in the bread pan as listed.
Programme: basic – medium crust
