Barnsdale Nutty Loaf

375ml Water

1 tbsp Milk

500g Carrs Breadmaker Wholemeal Flour

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tbsp Sugar
-
40g Lard
-
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

75g Cashew Nuts, crushed
-
1 tbsp Honey
- 1½ tsp Fast Action Dried Yeast
Method
1. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions regarding the order of liquid/dry ingredients, and set your machine to the basic/normal setting, medium crust.
