Carrs Breadmaker bread flours

Available in Strong White, Strong Brown, and Wholemeal, each Carrs Breadmaker flour is sympathetically milled using low pressure milling and is then blended to produce the highest quality flour for use in breadmakers.

None of our flours are genetically modified.

• Our Strong White flour is milled from a selection of some of the world’s most famous bread making wheat varieties - this means that we do not have to enhance our flour performance with either additives or improvers.
• Our Strong Brown flour (formerly known as Coarse Brown flour) has been supplied to craft bakers in the North of England and Scotland for many generations. This flour produces a loaf which is lighter than wholemeal, but still full of flavour.
• The Wholemeal is 100% ground wheat grain, and includes the bran and germ, this flour produces a loaf which is full of characteristic flavour, but not too dense.
